Costa Rica offers tropical beaches, the grandest adventures, the wonders of nature, and scintillating culture. Located in Central America, Costa Rica is nestled between Nicaragua and Panama, bordered on the east by the Caribbean Sea and the west by the Pacific Ocean. This small country represents only .05 percent of the planet's surface yet shelters almost 5 percent of the existing world's biodiversity. The country also offers world-class eco-tourism and adventure travel such as horseback riding on a secluded beach; hiking through the lush whispering greenery of a rainforest; having an exhilarating experience on a white-water rafting trip, observing the tropical forests from a canopy tour; surfing the blue waves of either coast; experiencing a quiet, close encounter with different species of birds and wildlife; and enjoying the diverse culture and hospitality of the Ticos.

Parador

One of Costa Rica's most prestigious eco-hotels, Parador is the epitome of "responsible luxury." The resort is located on the Punta Quepos promontory in Costa Rica, surrounded by 12 acres of wildlife-rich tropical rainforest with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio.

With such close proximity to a national park, it is no wonder the hotel gardens receive any number of very unique visitors on a daily basis, including several species of monkeys, sloths and a wonderful variety of birds. Thanks to its privileged location set between the jungle and the beach, Parador Resort & Spa is an ideal destination for couples, and families. There's truly something for everyone and it's first class all the way!

Conveniently located close to the resort's restaurants, spa, gift shops and swimming pools, these rooms are slightly larger than the Garden Plus category and sit just below the premium building. The 30 Tropical rooms are ideal for families sharing the same room and offer partial ocean and jungle or garden views. Showers and two queen size beds or one king size bed.
