Day 2

After settling your match day nerves with a hearty English breakfast, strong cup of tea & a quick review of the sports page, it's time to go through your rituals before the big game. For many that means heading to the pub, but we recommend you visit the National Museum of Football. Entrance is free and being centrally located, it is easy to get to whilst still enjoying the unique match day atmosphere. This interactive experience covers everything you need to know about English football from the teams, stadiums, the various competitions, to the fans and how the commentary of the game has changed over the years. There are various interactive challenges too if you want to get involved!

Depending on start time you will meet back at your hotel around 3 hours before kick-off time for a private transfer to Old Trafford Stadium for your match. Enjoy pre-match drinks and a meal with other fans from the comfort of the exclusive hospitality area before taking your seats for the game. Your hospitality area will then be open post-match for you to discuss the highlights of the game over refreshments before taking your private transfer back to your hotel or perhaps to a local pub to continue the analysis!

Radisson Blu Edwardian

Built in 1853 to commemorate the repeal of the Corn Laws, the Free Trade Hall has been at the centre of life in Manchester for almost 160 years. The building has been bombed, abandoned, rebuilt several times and seen much controversy. It has also enjoyed many lives: a political arena, concert hall and rock venue with a most diverse range of famous people appearing on stage - Winston Churchill (hailed as his most brilliant speech), Bob Dylan (Judas gig), Pink Floyd (performed prior to album release), the Sex Pistols (started the Punk era) and the Dalai Lama (the last speaker). Finally, it was reborn in 2004 as a magnificent luxury 263 bedroom hotel. It retains its original facade, heritage and famous artefacts plus it is still at the heart of Manchester life.

Every bedroom is king-sized and comes with bespoke furniture, Samsung Smart televisions, high speed and complimentary wireless Internet access, original art and percale cotton linen as standard.Bathrooms are clad in Scandinavian slate and are divided into separate wet and dry areas; the wet area features a walk-in shower, bath and toilet, while the dry zone has a free standing wash bowl, a stylishly illuminated mirrored dressing area and walk-in wardrobe.
